I saw Johnny after work for a massage because I was dealing with acute pain from a repetitive strain injury, and the experience was excellent. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the environment was very calming. I especially appreciated the ocean sounds instead of typical massage music, which made the space feel more grounded and relaxing. The curtain environment with the beach sounds made me think of a massage I had in Tulum, and Johnny encouraged me to breathe in lavender during the session, which immediately helped calm my nervous system. Johnny was highly skilled and focused. He quickly identified where my pain was coming from and concentrated his work on the knots in my upper back caused by long hours at a computer. His touch was precise and intentional, and I felt meaningful relief during and after the session. The pricing is on the higher side compared to some places, but it was absolutely worth it. They were able to get me in the same day, and Johnny tailored the entire session to my specific needs rather than offering a generic massage. I recommend him for anyone dealing with acute or work-related pain who needs focused, effective bodywork.

I just had the best massage of my life with Linda! I’d been feeling super sore from doing four workout sessions a week, and her hands worked absolute magic—she opened up all my knots and released so much tension. I felt amazing throughout the entire 50 minutes. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing, and all I had to do was relax and enjoy. Highly recommend! The spa itself is also beautiful. From the moment you walk in, everything feels relaxing, and the whole staff is incredibly friendly. Sasha at the front desk helped us tonight, and she was an absolute angel.

The Now in West Hollywood is fantastic! I have had treatments from several if their therapists and they have all been excellent. I just had my first gua sha treatment by Quin and I highly recommend! She is very intuitive and found every spot! Will definitely be doing it again and I will be booking with Quin soon!

I had a great experience at The NOW Massage in West Hollywood. From the moment I walked in, the lovely front desk team made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their warm energy and attentive customer service set the tone for the whole visit. The spa itself has such a calming vibe. The soothing sounds, the soft lighting, and the overall atmosphere immediately put me at ease. My massage therapist, Linda, was exceptional. She took the time to check in with me before we started, asking about any areas of tension and what type of pressure I preferred. Throughout the massage, she had a perfect balance of pressure, just like we had talked about. Afterward, she checked in again to make sure I felt good. It was definitely one of the best massages I've had!! As someone who doesn't get massages often, it was so so appreciated. From start to finish, everything felt relaxing and restorative. I highly recommend The NOW Massage. I’ll definitely be back!
